Dear Families of Bright Minds Learning Center,

I am writing to inform you of an important transition that is currently taking place within our preschool. It is with a heavy heart that I want to announce the departure of our loved Preschool Director, Ms. Yessenia Guzman, who will be stepping down from her role effective July 31, 2026. Ms. Yessenia has been accepted into the final phase of her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education & as part of that will need to complete her mandatory year-long residency at a local charter school set to begin in August.

Since joining the Bright Minds Learning Center family in September of 2023, Ms. Yessenia has been an invaluable leader, mentor, & advocate for our children, families, & staff. Her dedication, compassion, & unwavering commitment to early childhood education have helped shape the warm, nurturing, & safe environment that our families have come to know & trust. Her leadership has strengthened our program in countless ways, & on a personal level, she has made my journey as an owner both rewarding & memorable.

While we will certainly miss Ms. Yessenia, we are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished & excited for this next chapter in her professional development. I am actively working to fill both our Director & Front Desk positions & anticipate introducing her successors in the near future to all of you. Throughout this transition, please know that our commitment to providing exceptional care & education for your children remains stronger than ever.

We deeply appreciate Ms. Yessenia’s contributions to Bright Minds Learning Center & wish her nothing but the very best for everything that life has planned for her moving forward. We hope you will join us in extending your heartfelt thanks & best wishes to Ms. Yessenia when you get an opportunity to see her in person.
